Screen printing
Ink applied through prepared screens. Worth comparing for larger runs of the same design, especially with fewer colours. Setup and colour count affect the quote.

Full-colour logos and detailed artwork for compatible gifts, drinkware and other hard goods. We choose the approach to suit the product.
Flatbed direct UV: Printing onto suitable flat areas, including selected notebook covers and our corflute signs.
Rotary direct UV: Printing around compatible cylindrical items, such as selected cups and bottles.
UV DTF transfer: A UV-printed design is transferred from adhesive film onto the item. We use this method for our custom-printed hard hats.
UV DTF is an adhesive transfer for suitable hard surfaces. Garment DTF uses heat to apply a different transfer system to fabric. Material, coating, shape, print area and care requirements need checking before ordering.
