Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed between 3 - 20 business days, depending product types (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times: (We only use the most reliable and fast courier whenever possible, shipping cost and transit time will be calculated at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (with tracking number): 2-8 business days ($15 flat rate, or FREE for orders over $500)
  • Express Shipping (with tracking number): 1-4 business days ($25 flat rate, or FREE for orders over $500)
  • In-store Pickup: 1 business days once order completed, FREE.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier delays, and other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship across Australia. If you require international shipping, please contact our support team for more information.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Changes & Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. Address errors may result in additional shipping charges.
