Compliance & Standards

Bisley’s Volume 13 catalogue lists the BK1219T as Class D/N, Level 1 under its AS 4602.1:2024 classification system. Class D/N combines daytime visibility with reflective tape for visibility at night when illuminated by a light source, such as vehicle headlights. Level 1 identifies the garment’s visibility classification; it does not mean the polo is suitable for every workplace.

AS/NZS 1906.4:2023 covers the performance of high visibility materials, including colour, brightness and retroreflective performance. These material requirements work alongside the garment-design requirements of AS 4602.1:2024.

How to measure

Keep the tape level and comfortably loose. Measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust, your natural waist, and the fullest part of your hips. For inside leg length, measure from the crotch to the required hem.

Bisley Traditional, Modern and Active fits differ. Use the product’s stated fit when choosing a size. For coveralls and other specialist garments, consult the official guide for that garment type.
